Normal karyotype acute myeloid leukemia (NK-AML), a heterogeneous blood malignancy, incorporates a minor population of self-renewing leukemia stem cells (LSCs), thus complicating the prospect of achieving long-term survival. To profile gene expression, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on 39,288 cells isolated from six bone marrow samples. These samples included five from patients with NK-AML (M4/M5) and one from a healthy control. Comprehensive single-cell transcriptome analysis and gene expression profiling were performed on each cell population from NK-AML (M4/M5) and healthy bone marrow samples.
